I've spent a decade researching iron deficiency in women, co-authoring an ANZ consensus statement on iron in pregnancy, and publishing 25+ peer-reviewed articles in journals including BJSM, JAMA Network Open, and Anaesthesia. My PhD at UWA explored the full landscape of iron deficiency, management, and treatment in active females.

Where it started

Grew up in Perth and completed my PhD at the University of Western Australia, spending years in the lab and in the field screening thousands of women for iron deficiency. This wasn't abstract — I saw first-hand how something as "simple" as low iron was being overlooked and mismanaged across healthcare.

From lab to evidence

Led a double-blind randomised controlled trial investigating iron supplementation in active women. Co-authored an ANZ consensus statement on iron in pregnancy. Published 25+ peer-reviewed articles. The research was meaningful — but I wanted it to actually reach people.

If you've been told your bloods are "normal" but you still feel off, you're exactly who this is for.

A decade of clinical research and 25+ publications. This isn't wellness advice pulled from Instagram — it's evidence-based methodology grounded in peer-reviewed science. I use a comprehensive 16-instrument assessment battery to build your health profile, then create protocols based on what the research actually supports.

No. All coaching is delivered virtually via Zoom, and I work across time zones (currently based in the US). I have clients in Australia, the UK, and North America. The discovery call will help us figure out scheduling that works.

The Holistic package includes four 50-minute sessions per month. Evolve adds a 90-minute deep-dive session. Between sessions, you'll have messaging access for quick questions and accountability. Most clients see meaningful shifts within the first 6–8 weeks, which is why I recommend a 3-month minimum.

Corporate and organisational engagements are scoped and quoted per project. This could be anything from a half-day workshop on women's health in the workplace to a full wellness program audit with data analysis and recommendations. Start with a discovery call and we'll scope it together.

I've spent a decade studying iron deficiency in women, led a randomised controlled trial on supplementation, and co-authored clinical consensus statements.
