You've been told your bloods are normal. You still feel exhausted. I've spent a decade in the research — I know why, and I know what to do about it.
I've spent a decade researching iron deficiency in women, co-authoring an ANZ consensus statement on iron in pregnancy, and publishing 25+ peer-reviewed articles in journals including BJSM, JAMA Network Open, and Anaesthesia. My PhD at UWA explored the full landscape of iron deficiency, management, and treatment in active females.
Whether you're here for coaching, consulting, or data analysis, you get the same foundation: deep domain expertise, analytical rigour, and outcomes you can measure.
Specialist in iron deficiency and its impact on energy, cognition, and performance in active women.
Led clinical trials and large-scale health data analysis across university and military research settings.
Science-driven coaching methodology grounded in a decade of clinical research, not motivational clichés.
Every coaching protocol I build is grounded in the same analytical methods used in clinical research — not wellness opinion, not trend cycles.
PhD at UWA, Perth — years in the lab and field screening thousands of women for iron deficiency.
Led the IRONWOMAN RCT, co-authored the ANZ iron consensus, published 25+ papers — then realised the women who needed this research weren't reading journals.
Launched this practice to close that gap. A decade of research is only useful if it reaches the people it was done for.

Most health coaches give you a meal plan and a motivational quote. Every client I work with gets a personalised data dashboard — so we're both looking at the same numbers, making decisions based on evidence, not gut feel. Tracked metrics include ferritin, energy, sleep, cycle phases, and more.
9 life dimensions tracked over time — from relationships to career to physical health.
Ferritin monitoring, daily macros, supplement compliance — all in one view.
Training and nutrition recommendations adapted to menstrual cycle phases.

All packages begin with a free 20-minute discovery call. Consulting & data analysis engagements are quoted per project.
Primarily professional women — in healthcare, academia, mining/FIFO, corporate, or high-performance sport — who are dealing with persistent fatigue, low energy, burnout, or health concerns that haven't been adequately addressed. If you've been told your bloods are "normal" but you still feel off, you're exactly who this is for.
A decade of clinical research and 25+ publications. This isn't wellness advice pulled from Instagram — it's evidence-based methodology grounded in peer-reviewed science. I use a comprehensive 16-instrument assessment battery to build your health profile, then create protocols based on what the research actually supports.
No. All coaching is delivered virtually via Google Meet, and I work across time zones. I have clients in Australia, the UK, and North America. The discovery call will help us figure out scheduling that works.
The Holistic package includes four 50-minute sessions per month. Between sessions, you'll have messaging access for quick questions and accountability. Most clients see meaningful shifts within the first 6–8 weeks, which is why I recommend a 3-month minimum.
Corporate and organisational engagements are scoped and quoted per project. This could be anything from a half-day workshop on women's health in the workplace to a full wellness program audit with data analysis and recommendations. Start with a discovery call and we'll scope it together.
This is my primary area of research expertise. I've spent a decade studying iron deficiency in women, led a randomised controlled trial on supplementation, and co-authored clinical consensus statements. I can review your pathology, help you understand your results in context, and work with your GP or specialist on an evidence-based management plan.
That depends on what a year of unexplained fatigue has cost you — in productivity, medical appointments, and quality of life. Most clients recoup the cost of a full coaching programme in the clarity they get from the first two sessions alone. There's also a free tier: The Iron Protocol guide and a 20-minute discovery call cost nothing. Start there, and you'll know quickly whether working together makes sense.
Peer-reviewed research, translated. No paywalls, no wellness fluff.
The diagnosis GPs miss most often — what it is, why haemoglobin is the last marker to drop, and how to advocate for a proper workup.
Why the lab reference range is wrong for women, what your number actually means, and what to ask your GP next.
The full evidence-based guide — repletion protocols, dietary strategies, supplement formulations, side-effect management, and a printable GP script.
Most people leave the call with more clarity than they've had in months — about what their results actually mean, and what to do next. It's free, it's 20 minutes, and there's no obligation.
